Box Office Numbers (913) 721-3400 Main Box Office Hours Box Office is only open on show days starting two hours before the event. Box Office will remain open through intermission. Types of Payment Accepted Cash, Visa and Mastercard Will Call Can be picked up 90 minutes prior to show time. Main ticket office for lawn tickets, and auxiliary tickets office for reserved tickets. Must have photo ID, confirmation number, and actual credit card. If parents are puchasing tickets for children, must have a note confirming the pick up by the child. General Rules The following items are NOT allowed: lawn chairs, recording devices, class or metal containers, food, liquor,drugs, noisemakers, laser pointers, weapons of any kind, vehicles (except those required by the disabled), animals (except seeing eye dogs), picnic baskets, coolers, radios, tape and video recorders, outdoor furniture, bbq grills, and toys that create a disturbance are not allowed. Children Rules Age 2 yrs and under are generally admitted free on ticketholders lap, but does vary by show. Miscellaneous RAIN OUT POLICY: The stage is covered so shows are rain or shine !!!!! Capacity is 18,000. There are plenty of concession stands serving a variety of food and drinks. |
